International Maternal Pediatric Adolescent AIDS Clinical Trials Network

The International Maternal Pediatric Adolescent AIDS Clinical Trials (IMPAACT) Network is a global collaboration organized to evaluate prevention and treatment interventions for HIV and HIV-associated complications and co-morbidities in infants, children, and adolescents, and during pregnancy and postpartum. The network is funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), with support from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH).

The IMPAACT Statistical and Data Management Center, located at Frontier Science and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, provides statistical leadership and data management support through all phases of study design, implementation, and reporting of results. We provide training and technical assistance on data collection and data management for IMPAACT studies, working closely with the clinical sites and laboratories to ensure that adequate workflows are implemented for the collection of critical data.
