Trisha Aures is a certified HR professional with over two decades of Human Resources Management experience in the not-for-profit sector. Trisha is responsible for the oversight of the HR function at Frontier Science including advancing innovative recruitment and retention strategies, developing HR related policies and ensuring legal compliance. Trisha is an expert in the employee benefits arena and developing systems to streamline processes and create efficiencies related to onboarding, employee engagement, and leave management. She is committed to promoting positive employee relations and fostering a workplace culture that takes care of employees and prioritizes their well-being, professional

Trisha holds a degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and a graduate of Leadership Buffalo. Throughout her career, she served on many boards and committees and continues to mentor upcoming HR professionals.
