In her role as Director of Project Operations, Carol Pulver advises data management teams on the best methods to organize workflows so as to ensure data integrity and quality. With over 30 years of experience in clinical trial data management and clinical research, she has collaborated with a variety of clinical research partners, including research sites, sponsors, CROs, regulatory specialists, pharmacists, statisticians, and software engineers.

Prior to assuming the position of Director of Project Operations, Carol served as Amherst Office Director, Director of User Support and Randomization Services, Deputy Director of Business Development, Deputy Chief of the Programming Division, and Software Project Leader. She received a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
