At Frontier Science, we offer a variety of carefully selected health and wellness plans, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts (FSAs). Our plans are designed to be affordable and flexible.

For single coverage, Frontier Science covers 90% of the cost of health insurance and 100% of the cost of dental insurance. Frontier Science also provides a fitness club reimbursement which includes 50% of annual membership costs up to a maximum of $450 per year.

We believe that a healthy work-life balance leads to increased productivity, job satisfaction, and overall well-being. We encourage our employees to take advantage of PTO to relax and recharge. Under our generous PTO policy, employees earn 20 days off during their first full year. Frontier Science also provides employees with 12 paid holidays per year.

Frontier Science cares about the future security of our employees, which is why we offer an exceptional retirement plan. At the end of one year of employment, Frontier Science enrolls eligible employees in a non-contributory retirement plan. We contribute the equivalent of 8% of the employee’s salary into the plan.
